This air-conditioned conferencing suite is ideal for conferences, large presentations, board meetings and networking events.

• Your laptop presentation can be run effortlessly from the conference table or lectern point at the press of a button.

Don’t have your own laptop? Either send your presentation to us in advance or bring them with you on a memory stick and we can pre-load them onto our equipment.

Room Layouts

The boardroom table can seat up to 22 people, boardroom style. Alternatively, the room can easily be set up to accommodate 55 in theatre style seating. The main conference room can also be divided with the in-situ room partition to accommodate two smaller meeting spaces. The Darwin room hire prices are:

• £55 per hour
• £180 half day (4 hours)
• £300 for a full day (8 hours)

Spitfire & Nightingale Meeting Rooms

This air-conditioned room is situated on the ground floor and is ideal for small meetings. It is equipped with:

• High speed wireless internet access
• Flip Chart
• Projector

Room hire prices

• £35 per hour
• £120 half day (4 hours)
• £200 full day (8 hours)

The maximum capacity for these rooms is 10 people.

Since the lifting of government Covid-19 guidelines, we have gone back to the pre-covid room capacity restrictions, however we advise you bring a face covering with you to wear in any crowded areas for the safety of yourself and others.
